Can I add products to gift boxes?
Yes! In fact, that is a cost effective way to place an order, by building on a gift box. The cost of our gift boxes is a little less than the cost of buying those products individually, so start with the gift box and add as many other items to it as you like.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be boxed and sent for delivery within 2 days of receiving the order. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. You will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.
Are all of your products made in Australia?
No. We have made a concerted effort to stock Australian made items and we will proudly display in the product details when an item is made in Australia, but sometimes Australian businesses make their products overseas.
Do you offer refunds?
We want you to be happy with the products you ordered! For health reasons the options are limited when it comes to underwear or socks but for all other products please contact us because we want your experience ordering from our website to be satisfying.
I saw something on your website last week that I was going to order but now its not there. What gives?
We only order small quantities of each product so that we can add to and change our products frequently. We may reorder some items when they have sold out but we may not, so you are better off buying products when you see them rather than waiting. If there is a product you really want, get in touch with us, and we will let you know if it has been reordered, and if not we may add it to our next order with that supplier.
Do you deliver overseas?
Not at the moment, no. We are planning to extend our service soon to include overseas delivery.
I live in Perth, can I pick up my order?
Yes. We are trialling local pickup as an option at checkout. We don’t operate from a store front but you are welcome to pick up your order from a residential address and save on the shipping fee. Click ‘local pickup’ at checkout and when your order is ready we will notify you of the address for pick up in Hillarys, WA.
